Greg Allard

Greg Allard

Founder / President

After several years of serving in Haiti with other organizations, Greg had to admit that he felt a restlessness and came to recognize that he was being called to do something more. It was during his trip to JCH in January 2018 that he began to see God’s plan for Mountains to Mountains Ministries. That trip was the start of a lifelong friendship between Greg and Reedson Maurancy (director of JCH), a man he now calls his brother.

Lance Cross

Lance Cross

Vice President

For two decades, Lance has been involved with missions. He has traveled to a number of countries to advance His kingdom in the earth. In 2018, Lance received his Master of Theology, and had the honor to accompany Greg Allard on an exploratory mission trip to Bombardopolis, Haiti. Lance and Greg have been friends since 2014. In the course of getting to know each other, Lance felt called to come alongside Greg’s vision to start Mountains to Mountains Ministries.

Julie Allard

Julie Allard

Secretary / Treasurer

Over the past several years, Julie has served in multiple ministries at her church. Along with her many years of fundraising experience—raising money to help her husband Greg and sons Jake, Shawn, and PJ join several mission trips to Haiti—her service has prepared her well for her role as Secretary and Treasurer of Mountains to Mountains Ministries. She feels privileged and honored to have been called to this role by the Holy Spirit. Julie looks forward to the day she joins the team on the ground in Haiti.

Greg Burbo

Greg Burbo

Executive Board Member

Greg first went to Haiti in 2000 with a group going down to build a church. Ten years later, now an RN, he signed up to go with a Medical Team. He arrived in the aftermath of the earthquake and then began to go back twice a year. The mobile clinics set up in churches (in the better neighborhoods) and served in slums and poor villages in Port-au-Prince and the surrounding region. Greg also used his building skills in the construction of an orphanage and school outside of the city through the ministry that he worked with at the time. In ten years, he saw this work grow from an empty field in an earthquake-ravaged country, to a home for 50 kids with security, gardens and a school for over 100 children and their neighbors. With this work well established, he felt it was time to join Greg Allard, his good friend, in his new project in a very different part of this amazing country. Greg believes that with the partnership between the Maurancy family and Mountains to Mountains Ministries, more miracles will be seen in this region of Haiti.

Kim Burbo

Kim Burbo

Executive Board Member

In 2002, Kim went to Haiti with her husband Greg on her first-ever mission trip, and she was forever changed. Several years later, after two more mission trips to other countries, Kim returned to Haiti and thus began a love affair with this island nation and its people. She believes that God has put a love in her heart to serve the people of Haiti as He keeps drawing her back there! In 2018, Greg Allard invited Kim and her husband to accompany him, and several other like-minded people, to a place called Bombardopolis in Northern Haiti. Over the two years that followed, they established a bond with the folks at the Jerusalem Children’s Home (JCH), an orphanage with 29 children. The love, dedication, and sacrifice of the Maurancy Family, to those beautiful children, is one of her motivations for joining the Mountains to Mountains Board of Directors. Kim is working with Mountains to Mountains Ministries to establish sustainability, health and stability to JCH and the surrounding community, through the Gospel of Jesus Christ and practical hands-on support. God is on the move at JCH!

Reedson Maurancy

Reedson Maurancy

Director of Jerusalem Children’s Home Orphanage

Reedson found his appeal to start Jerusalem Children’s Home (JCH) orphanage at the age of 13, when he began preaching the gospel in several cities around Haiti. He met an American pastor who encouraged him and offered to help Reedson in starting a ministry he felt called to, serving orphans and widows. Through the continued prayers of many friends and family, God was faithful after giving Reedson a vision for the orphanage. Reedson has committed to stand by his orphanage in faith, because God has always stood with him. In January 2018, God two Samaritans, Greg Allard and Lance Cross, to come alongside and assist with his mission at JCH and in Bombardopolis.
